Description

General

Water soluble demulsifer ZX-D2-03, one of the water soluble demulsifier is ethylene polyamine chemical. The polyols is its initiator in ethylene oxide, propylene oxide polymerization. Water soluble demulsifier ZX-D2-03 also contain imported silicone surfactant.

It is mainly used in refinery crude oil dehydration and desalting in pretreatment process, this product has good wettability and strong ability of flocculation and coalescence. It can have fast dehydration, emergence of water color clear, high rate of dehydration and desalination, etc.

Application

Using instruction

ZX-D2-03 is a water soluble demulsifier and mainly used for desalination and dehydration of electric desalination system in oil refinery. It is generally injected at 30-50 PPM of crude oil. And the dosage will be combined with the adjustment of the process parameters of the electric desalination process.

Packing

50kg or 200kg plastic drums and can also be packaged according to customer's request.

Storage

Water soluble demulsifier ZX-D2-03 should avoid sun exposure, rain forest and physical collision during transportation and operation. The period of validity is 2 years and can be extended for extra 1 year if properties don't change.

Safety and handling

Water soluble demulsifier ZX-D2-03 is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact. Use gloves and goggles for protection. Material spilled on the skin should be washed off with soap and plenty of water. If splashed in the eye rinse with copious quantities of Water and seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Keep containers closed when not in use. Avoid contact with water. Keep away from sparks and open flame. Do not smoke. Empty containers may hold gases that form explosive mixtures with air.
