ZX-D1-06 fracturing and acidizing demulsifier can prevent and eliminate the formation of oil-water emulsions, effectively improving the stimulation effect.

Field of application
ZX-D1-06 fracturing and acidizing demulsifier is mainly used for dehydrating crude oil, purifying water, and desalinating.

Dosing amount
ZX-D1-06 fracturing and acdizing demulsifier can be used either diluted with water or directly. It is strictly prohibited to be mixed with oil-soluble demulsifiers, as this may cause blockage of pumps and pipelines. The dosage is generally between 20PPm and 300PPm, and the exact amount should be determined based on the specific oil sample.

Avoid physical contact with the product and do not breathe its vapors.

Use gloves and goggles for protection.

Any Material spilled on the skin should be immediately washed off with soap and plenty of water.

If splashed in the eye, rinse with couplous quantities of water and consult a physician.

Open drums carefully to release any built-up pressure.

Keep containers closed when not in use and avoid water penetration.

Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame.

Empty containers may hold gases that form explosive mixtures with air.
