Concentrated Demulsifier

Concentrated demulsifier ZX-D2-07 is a cross-link PO/EO block polymer dissolved in a mixture of high boiling hydrocarbons. Concentrated Demulsifier ZX-D2-07 is a chemical additive mainly used to disrupt the stability of emulsions and promote the rapid stratification and separation of immiscible liquids such as oil and water. Its core function is to achieve efficient separation of oil, water or other mixed systems by changing the interfacial tension, breaking the emulsified film or neutralizing the charge, and it is widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical engineering, environmental protection, etc.

Concentrated demulsifier ZX-D2-07 is a cross-link PO/EO block polymer dissolved in a mixture of high boiling hydrocarbons.

Application

Field of application

Concentrated demulsifier ZX-D2-07 is a concentrated emulsion breaker intermediate used for dehydration and desalting of crude oil emulsions. Concentrated demulsifier ZX-D2-07 act as both, a treater and a water dropper. It is effective across a wide range of application on its own or as part of multi-component formulations.

Dosage Rate

Depending on the oil quality, Concentrated demulsifier ZX-D2-07 is typically applied in dose rates of 100-500ppm.

Blending Temperature

If the pour point of the oil allows, an injection at room temperature is feasible when homogenized thoroughly by stirring. For optimized blending conditions and thus lower dosing rates, a temperature between 30-50℃ is recommended.

Storage

When stored outdoors in the original sealed drums, Concentrated demulsifier ZX-D2-07 will remain almost indefinitely usable. Hot and cold spells have no deteriorative influence. Solidified product should be warmed-up and re-mixed.

Packing

200L steel drums (55 US gal) or road tankers; non returnable.

Safety and handling

Concentrated demulsifier ZX-D2-07 is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact. During transport in road tankers, the product is heated to temperatures up to 80℃ and may cause burns if spilled on the skin. Consult the safety Data Sheet for further details.
