Heavy Pour Point Depressants ZX-P4-15 is a heavy oil flow improver. The main function of residue pour point depressants is to lower the freezing point of residue to ensure that fluidity is maintained during conveying, storage and processing. It can also improve the performance of residue treatment and increase its yield efficiency. Specifically, residue pour point depressants can promote oil flow, improve the clarity and solubility of residue, and make residue easier to handle and process. In addition, it can reduce clogging of pipes and equipment, reduce maintenance costs, and extend service life.

Application
Feeding and Dosage
Preferred application of Heavy Pour Point Depressants ZX-P4-15 is directly into the fuel as far upstream as possible by means of proportioning pump. To assure maximum performance, Heavy Pour Point Depressants ZX-P4-15 should be added when fuel is hot. We can assist in determining the optimum treating temperature. Dosage will vary depending upon the oil and desired flow improvement, but will normally be from 100-2000ppm.
We can assist you in selecting the most cost effective dosage.
Storage and Handling
We recommends that Heavy Pour Point Depressants ZX-P4-15 be maintained at a temperature between 35-40℃ in order to ensure adequate pumpability and adequate mixing.
When handing Wax heavy oil pour point depressant ZX-P4-15, protective gloves and protective work clothing should be worn.
After skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water and rinse thoroughly. If skin irritation continues, consult a doctor.
After eye contact, the opened eye should be rinsed for 15 minutes under running water, after a doctor has to be consulted.
