Local waterproof coating construction process

1.After the base layer is cleaned thoroughly, lay the first layer of base coating. When the coating is still moist, place a non-woven fabric of the appropriate size on the base coating and apply the second layer of base coating to fully soak the non-woven fabric. The first and second layers of base coating and fabric are completed simultaneously in one go without any interval. The main task is to fix the sewn polyester fabric, which is the basic work of the construction.

2.After the base coating is completely dry (4 hours later), apply the third layer of exposed waterproof

coating to strengthen the base coating and ensure the thickness of the coatin

3.After the base coating is completely dry (4 hours later), apply two layers of waterproof coating in two separate applications, with a time interval of at least 4 hours.

4.The ventilation equipment, roof outlet pipes, light-transmitting panels and other areas are also treated for waterproofing. After the waterproofing construction is completed with five coats and one cloth, the film thickness formed is approximately 1.0 to 1.2
