General
With increasingly stringent environmental regulations, higher requirements have been imposed on diesel fuel quality, and sulfur content in diesel has been strictly controlled. With the widespread use of low-sulfur and ultra-low-sulfur diesel, the issue of insufficient lubricity has become increasingly prominent.
In conventional diesel, polycyclic aromatics, nitrogen-containing compounds, aromatic heterocyclic compounds, and other polar non-hydrocarbon components contribute significantly to fuel lubricity. However, these natural lubricating components are largely removed during deep hydrotreating and desulfurization processes. While clean diesel achieves reduced sulfur levels, its inherent lubricating properties are also significantly diminished. As a result, engines operating on low-sulfur diesel are more prone to wear and component damage, leading to reduced engine service life. Diesel lubricity has therefore become a critical issue that cannot be ignored.
ZX-XY-07 Diesel Anti-Wear Additive, developed by our company, exhibits excellent compatibility and miscibility with diesel fuel. It shows strong affinity for metal surfaces and can effectively adsorb onto them, forming a dense and stable protective oil film. Application
Site Application
Before use, a sample should be prepared for testing to determine the optimal dosage.
Harmonize requirements as evenly as possible.
The dosage is generally between 80-300ppm.
Inject directly using a metering pump, or dilute with diesel fuel to a 20-50% solution before injection.
