Diesel anti-wear agent
General Description
Since the early 1990s, as the refining degree of diesel oil has increased, the requirement for sulfur content has become increasingly strict. In many countries, there have been frequent accidents where the high-pressure fuel pumps and injectors of diesel engines failed rapidly. These pump failure incidents served as a wake-up call, making people gradually realize that the lubricity of diesel oil was beginning to decline.
Adding anti-wear agents ZX-XY-03 to improve the lubricity of diesel is currently the most economical and effective method.
At present, the main types of anti-wear additives are acid-based and lipid-based. They contain highly polar carboxyl groups and long carbon chains, which can form a dense adsorption film on the metal surface, effectively reducing friction and wear.

Usage Instructions Chemical Engineering
Diesel can be used as a supplement.
Add this agent ZX-XY-03 directly to diesel and mix evenly by circulating to achieve the dilution of the agent. Then add it to the diesel.
Packaging and Storage
ZX-XY-03 anti-wear agent can be packaged in plastic drums (net weight 180kg per drum), or in stainless steel tanks. It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding exposure to sunlight and keeping away from fire sources. The storage period is two years under room temperature and sealed storage conditions.
