2. If there is no pressure in the crane tube, the valve connecting the crane tube gas and liquid phase with the unloading pipeline can be opened, and the valve on the unloading pipeline can be closed after pressurizing the crane tube.

3. Slowly and slightly open the ball valve for the interface leakage test, and close the valve after confirming that the air tightness is intact.

4. Verify that there is enough oil in the hydraulic pump of the train tank car, close the reflux handle (rotate clockwise), open the stop valve on the oil circuit, push the hydraulic pump injection handle repeatedly, and gradually increase the pressure of the pipeline. When the pressure increases to about 3MPa, the working oil tank of the emergency cut valve will work, and the pilot valve flap in the emergency cut valve will open, and a slight sound will come out of the valve about half a minute later. 7. If the pressure inside the tank truck is equal to PT101 pressure, close the upper ball valve of the liquid phase ammonia loading pipe and the upper ball valve of the liquid phase ammonia unloading pipe, open the upper ball valve of the gas phase ammonia unloading pipe, and let the gas ammonia in the tank truck relieve pressure again. When the pressure inside the tank car is stable and equal to the pressure of the gas-ammonia main PT102, close the upper ball valve of the gas-phase crane pipe and the upper ball valve of the gas-phase ammonia discharge pipe, and then open the upper ball valve of the liquid-phase ammonia loading pipeline and the upper ball valve of the liquid-phase crane pipe to install the liquid ammonia crane pipe.
