Fluid handling is a kind of dynamic loading and unloading equipment, which can carry out rapid loading and unloading of oil products, and can be operated by automatic control and manipulation, which is suitable for scenarios where a large amount of liquid needs to be loaded and unloaded quickly, such as oil tankers.
Crane pipe and fluid handling have their own advantages and disadvantages, and their selection should take into account the specific application scenarios.

Second, railway oil handling crane pipe requirements
Oil handling crane pipe is a special facility for loading and unloading oil in the upper part of railway tank cars. In order to improve the speed of loading and unloading oil, the number of loading and unloading cranes should ensure that the tank cars to the depot can be aligned at one time, and the specific number should be determined according to the situation of each oil depot. The spacing of crane pipes in most oil depots is 12.2m, but it is difficult to align all of them because there are many types of oil tanks. When the spacing of crane pipes is 6.1m, all of them can be aligned. The arrangement of crane pipe generally adopts dual-purpose and single-crane pipe type.
The main body of the crane pipe is made of 108mm and 200mm diameter steel pipe and aluminum pipe. The horizontal extension of the crane tube shall not be less than 2.6m. The structure of crane pipe must meet the requirements of easy operation, safety and reliability. In order to adapt to the situation of multiple types of tank cars, loading and unloading without lifting hooks can be achieved, the crane pipe should be rotated left and right, up and down, and telescopic devices to reduce the difficulty of alignment.
