2, construction engineering: petroleum asphalt viscosity is large, heat resistance is good, but plastic is small, mainly used for the manufacture of linoleum, oil paper, waterproof paint and asphalt glue. It should be noted that ordinary petroleum asphalt contains more wax, its general content is greater than 5%, and some are as high as 20% or more (called waxy petroleum asphalt), so the temperature sensitivity is large, it is not suitable for use alone in the project, and it needs to be mixed with other kinds of petroleum asphalt.
