The surface anti-rust protective wax ZX-C4-06 is produced by using refined blended wax, various anti-rust additives, and special film-forming AIDS through new technologies and processes. It is a temporary protective material for coating films with excellent weather resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and salt spray resistance. It aims to prevent the painted surfaces of vehicles and engineering equipment from being damaged in terms of commodity value due to phenomena such as bubbling, discoloration and rusting caused by sand, iron powder, chemical fumes, sunlight, rain, seawater and moisture from the sea during storage and transportation

Application
Application fields
It is mainly used for the protection and anti-corrosion of automobiles, loaders, dump trucks, engineering vehicles, tank trucks, water sprinklers, snow removal vehicles, heavy trucks and mechanical equipment during sea transportation and storage.
Site application methods:
When in use, shake or stir The surface anti-rust protective wax ZX-C4-06 evenly. Both air spraying and airless spraying can be used. It is recommended that the spraying distance be 300-500mm and the spraying thickness (dry film) be ≥20μm. Customized wax can be mixed with our company's dedicated thinner to an easy-to-spray state for multiple coats.
Airless spraying: The airless spraying machine can directly spray with a spray gun diameter of ≥2mm.
Air spraying: It is recommended that the spray gun diameter be ≥3mm; If the construction temperature is relatively low, it is recommended to use water bath heating or dilute before spraying. (Open flame heating is prohibited.) Other temperatures can be used normally
Precautions
Wear the corresponding labor protection equipment when operating. Open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited at the workplace.
Use explosion-proof electrical appliances, lighting and ventilation facilities or equipment.
Take measures to prevent static discharge and use tools that do not produce sparks.
Stay away from heat sources, sparks and hot surfaces; Store in a cool and sealed place.
In case of fire, foam, dry powder, carbon dioxide or sand should be used to extinguish the fire. Water must not be used to put out the fire.
Packaging
This product is packaged in 20Kg drums and 40kg drums then 32 barrels per pallets, or customized by clients' requests..
Storage
The surface anti-rust protective wax ZX-C4-06 should be stored at temperatures between 10-35℃. Shake before use! Under proper storage conditions The surface anti-rust protective wax ZX-C4-06 is best before 36 months after production date.
