Neutralizer ZX-C3-08 (called Neutralizing amine)is an organic neutralizing amine developed by our company for the acidic corrosion of gas-liquid two-phase in refining and chemical plants. Compared with the traditional alkali injection and amine injection processes, it is safer to operate, the gas-liquid two-phase distribution is uniform, the emulsification effect is small, the pH is easy to adjust, and it also has certain corrosion inhibition performance.
The mechanism of action is that the polyorganic amines in the components can neutralize acidic substances such as H2S and HCl. The H+ released in the gas phase and liquid phase can condense or vaporize with acidic gases such as H2S, thereby achieving the neutralization effect between the gas and liquid phases.

Usage and scope
Neutralizer ZX-C3-08 is added to the intermediate tank and injected into the process water system of the ethylene plant through a metering pump. The dosage is adjusted according to the PH of the process water.

Packing
It is packed into 1000L IBC tanks with net weight 1,000kg, or per clients request
Storage
This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool, dry storeroom and should be away from the fire and direct sunlight. The container must be sealed to prevent volatilization if certain amount of inhibitor has been remained in the container after use. The quality of the inhibitor product is guaranteed for one year in normal atmospheric temperature.
Safety and handling
Avoid skin and eye contact. Users of this product should wear latex gloves and protective glasses. If this product comes into contact with the skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and then wash with soap. In case this item splashes into your eyes, please rinse thoroughly with water immediately on the spot and then seek medical attention for examination. In case of fire, 1211, dry powder, foam, CO2 and other fire extinguishers as well as yellow sand can be used to put out the fire.
