General information
Wax dispersant additive ZX-P3-09 is intended to improve paraffin wax crystal dispersency in diesel fuel and light heating oil when stored below the cloud point. This is achieved by a further reduction of wax crystal size and prevention of wax crystal agglomeration. Wax dispersant additive ZX-P3-09 improves diesel performance in dispersancy tests. Wax dispersant additive ZX-P3-09 is designed to be used in combination with middle distillate flow improvers. A synergistic improvement of CFPP can often be observed when used in combination with conventional flow improvers.

Application
Field of application
Wax dispersant additive ZX-P3-09 is specially designed for use in premium winter diesel. Because of its broad spectrum of activity it is effective in a wide range of oils including middle distillates having a narrow boiling range characterized by a (90-20)%-DT value of 70-100℃ and a (FBP-90%)-DT of 17-25℃, and in wider range distillates when the (90-20)%-DT value is 100-120℃ and the FBP is below 380℃ (ASTM D 86 distillation). Further ZX-P3-09 has very good solubility as evidenced by its neutral effect on ambient filterability.
Blending Temperature
Because of its good solubility Wax dispersant additive ZX-P3-09 can be used without dilution for oil and gas production at 0℃. This product of Wax dispersant additive ZX-P3-09 is recommended for mixing with naphtha at lower temperatures (both 1:1 and 1:3 concentrations). The middle distillate should be at least 10℃ above its cloud point at the time of additive injection.
Dosage Rate
Effective dosage rates lie typically within the range 150-500ppm when used in combination with middle distillate flow improvers CFPP series. The required dosage rate are very dependant on the characteristics of the middle distillate to be treated.
Storage
A storage temperature of 40-50℃ is recommended for storing the product. After prolonged storage at lower temperatures the product should be homogenized before use.
Packaging
Heated road tanker/tank container or 200L steel drums, or per clients' requests.
Safety and handling
The product is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact. Use gloves and goggles for protection. During transportation in road tankers the product is heated to temperatures up to 60℃ (140℉) may cause burns if spilled on the skin. Materials spilled on the skin should be washed off with soap and plenty of water. If splashed in the eye rinse with copious quantities of water.
Keep containers closed when not in use. Avoid contact with water. Keep away from sparks and open flame. Do not smoke. Empty containers may hold gases that form explosive mixtures with air.
