General information

Products of MGO anti-freezing agent ZX-P3-08 for diesel is an ashless pour point depressant additive which improves on perability for a range of MGO's and Diesel Fuel at low temperatures. MGO fuels from many different origins contain varying amounts of wax which will crystallise and gel below certain temperatures.

This products can offer effective pour point and cold filter plugging point management for many of the currently available Diesel and MGO fuels and blends. Best results for reaching Cold Filter Plugging Point are achieved when efficient treat rates are employed.

Beyond MGO anti-freezing agent ZX-P3-08 for diesel is a diesel additive jointly developed by Beyond Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. and the School of Chemical Engineering of Xi 'an Jiaotong University. It has the characteristics of lowering the freezing point and cold filter point of diesel and refining the wax crystal structure, effectively improving the low-temperature fluidity of oil products. It is suitable for high-grade diesel. As a new generation of high-tech product, it needs to be thoroughly mixed with diesel when added. The relevant research adopted the synthesis process of ternary copolymer of methacrylic acid mixed ester - styrene - butyl oleate. The optimal polymerization conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of raw materials was 8:1:1, the dosage of initiator was 1.0%, the reaction temperature was 80℃, and the reaction time was 3 hours.

Directions for Use

It is mainly used as an additive for 0# -10 #, -20 # and -35 # diesel, which can lower the freezing point of diesel by 15 to 30 degrees Celsius. Lowering the cold filter point by 4 to 12 degrees Celsius can achieve the purpose of improving the low-temperature flow of diesel, which can broaden the diesel fraction, increase the diesel recovery efficiency and enhance the benefits of the oil refinery.

It is important to add MGO anti-freezing agent ZX-P3-08 for Diesel to the fuel when the temperature of the fuel is above its cloud point.

Dose the fuel at the terminal or directly into the vessel fuel tank.

Add the MGO anti-freezing agent ZX-P3-08 to the fuel prior to topping up with the new fuel delivery. The turbulence will successfully mix the it through the fuel. Alternatively, the MGO anti-freezing agent ZX-P3-08 can be added at any time to the fuel in storage and action of recirculating will ensure adequate dispersion.

A dosage rate of 1 litre MGO anti-freezing agent ZX-P3-08 to 500 liters of MGO or diesel fuel is required for the coldest climates. A dosage of up to 1:1000 is acceptable in milder temperature ranges.

Usage method

1, The addition amount is generally below 0.3 to 1‰, and for most refineries, it is 0.3 to 0.5‰
2, The application effect of MGO anti-freezing agent ZX-P3-08 not only depends on the performance of the product itself, but also has a certain relationship with the type of oil used. Therefore, conduct experiments before use, determine the configuration plan, and then officially use it.
3, MGO anti-freezing agent ZX-P3-08 can be added to diesel in the amount determined by the configuration plan and thoroughly stirred evenly. Alternatively, it is better to use an external circulation method.

Packaging

200L steel drum or 1000L IBC or bulk containers per clients' request.

Storage conditions

1, Diesel Anti-freeze ZX-P3-08 PPD should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated area in tightly closed containers;

2, In above storage, situations, for material in original, unopened, properly stored containers, the shelf life is two years from the production date.

3, This product is flammable. Please do not expose it to direct sunlight. Keep it away from fire or other heat sources. The effect of this product remains unchanged after solidification. Strictly follow the chemical operation procedures and pay attention to the protection of the operators.
