1. The working principle of rod production system

Its working principle is: when the piston goes up, the discharge valve is closed under the action of the liquid column in the tubing, and a section of liquid equivalent to the stroke length of the piston is discharged. At the same time, the liquid column pressure in the barrel is reduced, and under the action of the liquid column pressure in the annular space of the tubing and casing, the suction valve is opened, and the liquid in the well enters the pump and occupies the space given by the piston. When the piston goes down, the liquid column in the pump barrel is compressed, and the pressure is increased. When the pressure is equal to the liquid column pressure in the annular space, the suction valve is closed by its own weight. When the piston continues to go down, the pressure in the pump continues to rise, and when the pressure in the pump exceeds the pressure of the liquid column in the oil pipe, the liquid column in the pump is the top of the discharge valve and transferred to the oil pipe.

2. Working principle of rodless oil production system
