What are the classifications of chemical agitators
Chemical agitators are classified into forced agitators, concrete agitators, vertical agitators and new types of agitators.
Forced mixer
This machine consists of a planetary stirring mechanism, an eddy current stirring mechanism, a stirring drum, a discharging mechanism, a stirring frame and a base frame, etc. An eddy current mixer is set at the center of the stirring drum. On both sides of the frame of the eddy current mixer, two planetary mixers are symmetrically arranged. The two planetary mixers rotate relatively, while the eddy current mixer rotates in opposite directions to the stirring drum. This machine has a strong stirring force. Solve problems such as the settlement of the unity warehouse.
A forced mixer suitable for stirring the mixed materials in the production of ash-sand bricks, consisting of a planetary stirring mechanism, an eddy current stirring mechanism, a stirring drum, a stirring frame, a discharging mechanism and a base frame, etc. The feature of this mixer lies in that the stirring drum is located on the bearing seat of the large gear ring on the base frame, and an eddy current mixer is set at the center of the stirring drum. On both sides of the frame of the eddy current mixer, There are two planetary mixers symmetrically arranged.
2. Concrete mixer
A concrete mixer includes a power mechanism connected to a transmission mechanism through an shaft and a drum driven by the transmission mechanism. A gear ring is installed around the drum body on the drum body, and a gear meshing with the gear ring is provided on the transmission shaft. The utility model has a simple and reasonable structure. After adopting the meshing of gears and gear rings, it can effectively overcome the slippage phenomenon between the supporting rollers and the drum of the mixer in rainy and foggy weather. The adopted transmission mechanism can further ensure the elimination of the slippage phenomenon between the idler rollers and the drum of the mixer.
Mixers can also be classified as: star-type mixers, anti-risk mixers, vertical mixers, concrete mixers, double-shaft mixers, single-shaft mixers, and anti-slip concrete mixers.
3. Vertical mixer
The mixer consists of an electric motor, a stirring drum, a transmission shaft and stirring blades. On the transmission shaft, there is a loose reverse stirring blade. The shaft sleeve of this reverse stirring blade is connected to the sprocket at the upper end of the intermediate shaft located on one side of the transmission shaft through a chain. The driven gear coaxial with the sprocket meshes with the driving gear fixed at the lower end of the transmission shaft. The two stirring blades of the present utility model rotate in opposite directions, enabling the raw materials to form convection between the two stirring blades during the stirring process, thereby completely solving the problem that traditional mixers stir the raw materials but do not mix them.
4. New type of mixer
The new type of mixer is a successor product and an irreplaceable product of the mixing equipment in the chemical and building materials industries. It has brought about the correct "stirring and mixing", thus eliminating the heavy responsibility that other mixing equipment has shouldered. With its unconventional conception, cutting-edge technical content and reasonable design standards, it fills the international gap. It is widely used in paints, coatings, dyes, leather tanning, medicine, beverages, adhesives, food, detergents, cosmetics and various solid objects, etc. There is inexhaustible wealth. Compared with traditional mixers, it has a more ideal and intuitive stirring effect on the dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and color adjustment of objects, which is a revolution in the stirring industry.
Analysis of Common Faults of Chemical Agitators
Chemical agitators often encounter some malfunctions during operation, the most typical of which is the abnormal sound problem. When this kind of malfunction occurs, the equipment makes a loud noise that can be heard from a distance of about ten meters. Checking the current, it is all within the normal range. Even a simple inspection makes it difficult to identify the problem. The entire equipment of the chemical mixer can be divided into three components: the mechanical seal assembly, the gearbox and the motor, and then disassembled, inspected and analyzed separately.
Inspection of the mechanical seal assembly
The mechanical seal part of the chemical mixer is the most prone to failure. It often fails due to wear and tear, and water enters the sealing cavity. First, the mechanical seal assembly was disassembled. The parts including two sets of mechanical seals, the skeleton oil seal, the output shaft, the bearing, the housing and the end cover were cleaned and inspected. The relevant dimensions of the bearing housing and the output shaft of the mechanical agitator were also checked. If no problems were found, it indicated that the mechanical seal part was intact and the possibility of failure was ruled out.
2. Analysis and inspection of the gearbox
Some agitator equipment has gearboxes with high processing accuracy and good heat treatment. Thoroughly clean the gearboxes and carefully inspect each gear, gear shaft and bearing. It was found that the surface of the gear teeth was smooth, without pitting or interlocking phenomena. The meshing side clearance of the gears was normal, and there was no obvious wear on the tooth profile. The radial and axial clearances of each bearing are normal. There are no pitting corrosion spots on the inner and outer rings and the surfaces of the rollers. The overall quality is good. The axial clearances of each axis are reasonable. The output shaft of the hand disk moves freely without any jamming or abnormal sounds. Then, the fault of the gearbox can be ruled out.
3. Inspection, analysis and handling of motor faults
Manifestations of motor failure in chemical agitators: Before disassembling the motor, perform an idle run to identify the problem. If the motor of the mechanical stirrer makes abnormal sounds and vibrates greatly; The shaft sleeve of the motor shaft of the mechanical stirrer made a hissing sound. The temperature of the shaft extension reached several dozen degrees within less than two minutes of the motor running idle, which was extremely hot to the touch. The inner ring of the internal bearing of the mechanical stirrer has a pear-like pitting area due to pitting. The surface is rough, dull and lacks luster, and the pitting holes can be clearly seen. The inner ring of the skeleton oil seal is damaged. There are dark spots formed by "running rings" at the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft sleeve of the mechanical stirrer and the corresponding journal.
Due to the pitting of the inner ring of the bearing of the chemical agitator, a pear-like pitting area is formed. When the bearing rollers pass through, there is a distinct jamming phenomenon and a sound is produced. This might be the fundamental cause of the abnormal noise from the motor inside the chemical agitator. Then, the problem can be solved by replacing the bearings in the agitator.
4. Issues to be clarified
The rotor shaft of the motor in the chemical agitator is the reference component of the propeller. During the maintenance of the propeller, in addition to repairing the reference component, it is also necessary to disassemble and inspect each part and replace the damaged parts, so as to restore the performance of the equipment.
2) The major overhaul time for the submersible equipment inside the chemical machinery mixer is generally 5 to 6 years.
3) The common solution for a smaller journal in a chemical agitator is the method of adding parts. That is, the diameter of this section in the agitator is turned, and an additional shaft sleeve is added. The inner hole is fitted with the shaft through an interference fit, and the outer surface meets the required dimensions for the fit. Or replace the motor rotor shaft inside the stirrer to completely solve the problem.
