As an auxiliary agent, scale inhibitors can be directly added or diluted in any ratio before addition. The dilution concentration of the scale inhibitor standard solution should not be less than 10%, and the diluted solution must be thoroughly stirred to ensure uniform mixing. Today, let me share with you two preparation standards.

Calibrate and determine the actual output of the dosing metering pump, and calculate the concentration of the dispensing solution based on the inlet flow rate of the RO system and the recommended dosing dose. Calculate the amount of scale inhibitor standard solution required to prepare the scale inhibitor based on the volume of the required solution.

1. Solution concentration=injection amount of standard solution per unit time/actual output of dosing metering pump.

2. Injection amount of standard solution of agent per unit time=inflow flow rate × Dosage of dosing.

3. Dosage of standard pharmaceutical solution=concentration of pharmaceutical solution × Volume of the solution.

Determine the concentration of the scale inhibitor standard solution to prepare the solution, calculate the output of the required dosing metering pump based on the inlet flow rate of the RO system and the recommended dosing dosage, and adjust the output of the metering pump.

1. Solution concentration=dosage of standard solution/volume of solution.

2. The actual output of the dosing metering pump=injection amount of standard solution per unit time/concentration of the solution.

3. Injection amount of standard solution of agent per unit time=inflow flow rate × Dosage of dosing.
