First, loading and unloading truck crane pipe safety operation rules
1, before loading and unloading operations
(1) After receiving the forecast of the arrival of the tanker, the person in charge of the oil depot arranged the relevant personnel to prepare for the reception and unloading, and all the personnel were in place and dressed in accordance with the regulations.
(2) The metering personnel check the liquid level height of the unloading tank, and the pump operator checks whether the oil pipeline and the oil pump are normal.
(3) Receive the oil qualification notice, and check whether the type of docking and unloading is consistent with the opening of the oil pipeline valve.
(4) Check whether the safety device of the tank car meets the regulations.
(5) Ensure that crane tube and ladder are reset and locked.
2. Loading and unloading operations
(1) Open the arm locking mechanism inside the crane, remove the arm from the hook, and move the arm to the tank mouth or flange, quick joint or dry valve connection.
(2) Operate the outer arm down, so that the vertical pipe is completely inserted into the tank mouth of the tank car (the top is open to the loading truck), or the outer arm is connected with the top or bottom flange or quick joint of the tank car (the top or bottom closed loading truck) or the dry valve connection (the lower loading of gasoline and diesel oil).
(3) Check whether there is dripping.
(4) Clamp the electrostatic grounding clamp on the tank car.
3. After loading and unloading operation
(1) Close the pipeline valve system, stop the medium transmission, silence for about half a minute to empty the fluid medium in the arm tube.
(2) Slowly pull out the vertical pipe or disconnect the flange or quick joint or dry valve connection, so that the arm is free from the tank car.
(3) Reset the crane tube to the inner arm locking device.
(4) Remove the electrostatic ground clamp.
Second, crane pipe operation precautions
In the process of crane pipe operation, it is necessary to operate according to the requirements and specifications to avoid damage to the equipment.
1. Check whether the system is normal before each loading and unloading operation.
2, when operating the outer arm, do not exert too much force, should exert even force.
3, do not use the balancing device as a force position during the operation.
4. When the interface of the loading and unloading pipe is connected to the tank car, the valve of the loading and unloading pipe is not allowed to be opened.
5, in the case of not understanding the working principle and operation steps, please do not start the loading and unloading system, especially the valve of the loading and unloading pipe assembly.
6, crane tube can only be opened during loading and unloading operations, the rest of the time should be in the reset lock state.
7. Before the crane pipe is restored, the tanker shall not enter or leave the loading area. The tank car is strictly prohibited from moving during the loading and unloading operation in the medium.
