A few days ago, the first set of large longitudinal slope slope intelligent driving truck, designed and manufactured by Power Construction of China, officially rolled off the line, marking the successful development of the first intelligent equipment integrated with large longitudinal slope slope excavation, slag removal and support in China, which will be applied to the construction of the inclined tunnel of large longitudinal slope diversion tunnel of Xulong Hydropower Station upstream of the Jinsha River.

The diversion tunnel of Xulong Hydropower Station adopts a single single tunnel, four tunnels are arranged in parallel, circular section, the maximum excavation diameter of the tunnel body is 12.60 meters, and the inclination of the inclined shaft is 60 degrees, which is the largest and steepest diversion tunnel inclined shaft of the hydropower project under construction in China.
The large longitudinal slope inclined shaft intelligent driving truck is designed and manufactured by the 14th Hydropower Bureau of Power Construction of China, which is tailormade for Xulong Hydropower Station in the upper reaches of Jinsha River. The equipment is 11 meters long, 10.25 meters high and weighs about 45 tons. It adopts rail winch to pull and walk, and the equipment has automatic operation function and can realize remote intelligent control. From R & D, production, operation has complete independent intellectual property rights.
The intelligent driving trolley of large longitudinal slope inclined shaft is made of high-strength steel, which has the characteristics of high equipment integration, high drilling and slag scraping efficiency, high intelligent degree of equipment electrification, and high efficiency of equipment lifting and running well.
In terms of function design, the equipment is equipped with two 360° rotatable drilling systems and a slagging system, which can realize full-section mechanical arm drilling and mechanical arm slagging operations. The equipment provides a remote operating system, and the operator can complete the relevant work through the video interface in the studio. After the use of the equipment, the multi-process mechanization construction such as drilling, slag scraping and bolt support will be realized to ensure the safety and efficiency of large-angle inclined shaft expansion construction.
The successful offline of the equipment marks the shift from "artificial" to "mechanized" and "intelligent" construction of inclined shaft drilling and blasting.
