1, mechanical seal assembly inspection
The most prone to failure of the chemical mixer is the mechanical seal part, which often fails to make the mechanical seal due to wear and tear, and the sealing cavity is filled with water. First of all, the mechanical seal assembly is decomposed, including two sets of mechanical seals, skeleton oil seal, output shaft, bearing, housing and end cover and other parts are cleaned and checked, and the relevant size of the mechanical mixer bearing seat and output shaft is checked, if no problem is found, it indicates that the mechanical seal part is intact, excluding the possibility of failure.
2. Analysis and inspection of gear box
Some stirrer equipment gearbox processing accuracy is high, good heat treatment, the gearbox is thoroughly cleaned, carefully check each gear, gear shaft, bearing. It is found that the tooth surface is smooth, no pitting, intersection phenomenon, gear meshing backlash is normal, no obvious wear of tooth profile; The radial and axial clearance of each bearing is normal, and there is no spot etching on the surface of the inner and outer rings and rollers, and the overall quality is good. 3, motor fault inspection, analysis and treatment
