ZX-FS-01 Application scene
Packaging and precautions:
1.Storage conditions:
ZX-FS-01 Two-component polyurea should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated environment. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent affecting the performance and stability of the coating. Meanwhile, the storage temperature should be controlled between 5℃ and 30℃ to prevent the coating from deteriorating due to excessively high or low temperatures.
2.Storage container:
The container for storing two-component polyurea should be well sealed to prevent the coating from coming into contact with moisture, oxygen and impurities in the air. It is recommended to use containers made of stainless steel or special materials, such as glass jars or plastic buckets. These containers have excellent sealing performance and can effectively prevent the paint from getting damp, caking and deteriorating.
3.Storage period:
The storage period of two-component polyurea is usually 6 months to 1 year. During the storage period, the performance and stability of the coating should remain stable. Coatings that have exceeded their storage period may undergo quality changes, such as increased viscosity and longer curing time. Therefore, it is not recommended to continue using them.
4.Transportation requirements:
During transportation, two-component polyurea should be protected from shock, pressure, moisture and sun. It is recommended to use professional transportation tools, such as containers and special vehicles, to reduce the loss of coatings during transportation. At the same time, the paint should be placed inside the vehicle compartment to avoid direct exposure to sunlight, so as to prevent the paint from overheating, caking and deteriorating
